Ruumani replies by email within a few days to talk through design, materials, budget and timeline before anything is made.

Once the details are settled, a deposit is arranged to begin work. Nothing is charged before this point.

Your piece is handmade to order — typically 2–3 weeks — then shipped, with the balance due before it ships.
