How do I order a piece?
Every order — whether it's a piece from the collection or a fully custom design — starts with the Custom Order form. Ruumani will follow up by email to confirm details, sizing, and pricing before anything is made or charged.
What materials do you work with?
Mostly sterling silver and 14k gold vermeil, with the occasional gemstone or freshwater pearl. Each piece's listing notes its specific materials.
How long does an order take?
Most made-to-order pieces take 2–3 weeks from confirmation to completion. Fully custom or bespoke designs can take longer depending on complexity — this is always discussed upfront during the consultation.
Can I get a piece resized?
Yes — sizing and small adjustments are available on most pieces. Mention your preferred size or ask about resizing in your order request.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces separately to avoid scratching, avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and water where possible, and gently polish with a soft cloth. Sterling silver may need occasional polishing to prevent tarnish.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping details are confirmed during the order process based on your location. Reach out via the Contact page if you have a specific shipping question before ordering.
What if I'm not sure what I want?
That's completely fine — the custom order form has an 'Other / Not Sure' option, and the consultation step is exactly for talking through ideas before committing to anything.
